I am a Saudi strategic finance leader with more than 15 years of experience in financial strategy, governance, investment, and business transformation.

I currently serve as Group Finance Director at Nayan Group, working closely with Boards and Executive Committees to support financial decisions, improve liquidity, and shape long-term investment strategy.
My experience includes financial strategy, capital restructuring, investment management, SAP optimization, and risk initiatives across real estate, retail, FMCG, and agriculture. I have also secured capital financing, implemented governance frameworks, and led cross-functional teams toward operational and financial targets.
Alongside my Group role, I advise startups and SMEs as a financial advisor and fractional CFO. I help founders build investor-ready financials, strengthen cash-flow discipline, and improve budgeting, runway management, fundraising materials, financial models, and board reporting.
